Arrow Ford Rental Cars, Abilene, TX
Our hopes are that you are never in need of a rental vehicle due to a car accident, but unfortunately this could be the case. We know that the last thing you need to be worrying about is transportation after you have been in an accident. We also know how unsafe it is to drive a damaged vehicle.
If you let us know which insurance company is handling your claim, we will gladly call them and find out all the details of the rental process and relay this information back to you. We will also take care of all of the paper work for you, but be sure to give us enough time to get everything approved before you need the vehicle. Our suggestion is to check with us the same day you start your insurance claim process.
We have over 60 vehicles in our fleet including: the Ford Focus, Taurus, Mitsubishi Lancer, and Ford’s F150.
If your vehicle is being serviced in our shop, the easiest way to pay for your rental vehicle is by using your extended warranty. We make sure that the extended warranty we sell includes first day rental. Therefore, no matter what issue you are having with your vehicle (excluding maintenance items), you are eligible for a rental for one day. After we diagnose the repair(s), we will call you and adjust the rental agreement to fit your specific needs and coverage.
What About Cash?
We understand that many people do not prefer to use debit and/or credit cards for their car rental needs. Being one of few rental car companies allowing you to pay cash, we try to make this process as simple as possible. This is why when you use cash to rent, there are few other requirements needed. We simply ask you to leave a predetermined cash deposit, and meet verification requirements in order to qualify. This short process is completed prior to your vehicle rental.
Credit and Debit Cards
All types of credit and debit cards are accepted; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PH&H, Ford Credit Card, and debit cards from your bank with the MasterCard or Visa logo.
