    Job Description:

    Arrow’s overall focus is to train and develop new staff so they can quickly progress into a selling position. Working as part of a larger sales team, the Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining showroom standards and working closely with Senior Sales Executives while keeping customer satisfaction top priority.

    The successful candidates will:

    • Be responsible for new and pre-owned vehicle displays while maintaining the high Arrow Ford standards and respected dealership reputation.

    • Automotive Diesel Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on diesel vehicles with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards.
    • Automotive Diesel Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification.
    • Automotive Diesel Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
    • Explains diesel mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
    • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
    • Inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

    Job Requirements

    As an Automotive Diesel Technician (Diesel Automotive Mechanic), you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Technician:

    • Must be a Ford Diesel Certified technician. 2 years of tech experience preferred.
    • Must hold a valid driver’s license

    • Auto technicians perform vehicle checklists to identify what repairs need to be made
    • Automotive Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
    • Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
    • Automotive technicians inspect and test new vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.

    Job Requirements

    As a Mid-Level Automotive Technician you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as an Automotive Technician:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
    • ASE certifications OR Ford Certifications preferred, but not required
    • Hold a valid driver’s license
    • Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
    • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
    • Willing and able to take a background and drug test.
  • Diesel Technician

    Job Description:

    • Diesel Technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification.
    • Diesel Technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs.
    • Explain diesel mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.

    Job Requirements:
